... Read moreOkay, so you know how awesome it is to find a killer deal, right? I was absolutely thrilled to stumble upon these winter accessory clearance gems at Walmart! It's not just about saving money; it's about smart shopping, especially when you're thinking about gearing up for colder weather or stocking up for next year. Let's talk about beanies first, since they were a major score. When I was browsing, I saw so many different styles! From cozy ribbed knits to cute speckled patterns and even some with fun faux fur pom-poms, there was a beanie for everyone. Personally, I love the versatility of a classic cable knit beanie – they're super warm and always in style. But if you're looking for something trendier, those striped beanies with the pom-poms are just adorable. Think about what your family needs: a chunky knit for extreme cold, or a lighter knit for milder days. These $3 beanies are perfect for grabbing a few different kinds without breaking the bank. Beyond beanies, I also noticed a fantastic selection of gloves and scarves. This is where shopping for the whole family really comes in handy. You can pick up a pair of touch-screen friendly gloves for the older kids or yourself, and some warm, fuzzy mittens for the little ones. Scarves are another must-have; a good scarf can instantly elevate an outfit while keeping you toasty. I always look for soft, comfortable materials that won't itch. Imagine getting a matching set of a beanie, gloves, and a scarf for less than the original price of one item – that's the kind of deal we're talking about! When you're hunting for clearance deals like these, here are a few tips I've learned: Check the 'Seasonal' Aisle First: Stores like Walmart tend to consolidate seasonal clearance items, so head straight to those sections. Look for Hidden Gems: Sometimes the best deals are tucked away on a bottom shelf or mixed in with regular stock. Don't be afraid to dig a little! Inspect for Quality: Even though it's clearance, give items a quick once-over for any snags or damage. Most of what I found was in perfect condition. Think Ahead: Winter accessories are perfect for buying off-season. You snag them cheap now, and you're all set when the cold weather hits again. They also make great little gifts! Stocking up on items like these during clearance events is a game-changer for budgeting. You can ensure everyone in the family has warm and stylish winter wear without paying full price. So next time you're at Walmart, definitely swing by the accessory area – you never know what fantastic $3 finds you might discover!

I got two of them yesterday! A beanie and a cable knit head wrap that’s reversible and super thick. I think they were also $3 a piece. I may go back in a week and see if they’re marked down again. I found some a few years ago for $1 around mid February.
