DIY Glass Gift Tumblers with Cricut
Between my two kids we had SIX teacher appreciation gifts to put together this year. This #craft was super easy and inexpensive to make but personalized to make our teachers and aids feel special 👩🏫🧡
Luckily I have a #cricut machine and a bunch of spare vinyl (make sure to use permanent, not removable). I used gold for the names and pink for the flowers. Each glass got about 9 flowers a little less than 1”x1” in size. If you don’t have a Cricut you could do glass paint or even keep them undecorated for a minimalist vibe ✨ For the tags I just used some cardstock and twine I had on hand. I used the Cricut to write the message and cut out the tags.
I ordered everything on the ‘zon and got a set of 6 Drinking Glasses with Bamboo Lids and Glass Straws for $18,
A box of 30 Skittles drink mixes for $5 (each glass got 4, one of each color)
a 10 Pack of hand lotion for $10,
6 Grace & Stella Under Eye Masks for $10
a 6 pack of lip balm for $10
a 12 pack of pens for $6 (each teacher got 2)
And then 6 $10 Starbucks gift cards
Everything fit perfect in the glasses and in total the project cost me about $120, or $20 per glass 🤩
