In 2020, I faced an unexpected life change. The struggles with IIH (Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension) and thyroid disease forced me to rethink my approach to wellness and creativity. CapCut became a tool for expression and healing. Understanding IIH is crucial as it affects many individuals, with symptoms ranging from headaches to vision impairment. Additionally, thyroid diseases can disrupt daily life, making activities feel overwhelming. Creating and sharing content on platforms like CapCut not only helped me cope, but also connected me with others facing similar challenges. Through editing videos and expressing emotions, I discovered a community that understands these struggles. This creative outlet can be therapeutic, offering both a diversion and a sense of accomplishment. By sharing my story, I hope to encourage others to embrace their creativity in times of difficulty, showing that transformation is possible through art and connection.
