Rating Poppi 🍓💗✨
(Just my opinion please don’t come for me!)
These are just the flavors I’ve tried! I’m not a fan of cola/pepper flavored drinks so that’s why I’ve stayed clear from them. Poppi’s such a hit or miss for me. Sometimes they’re amazing and other flavors just simply don’t taste that great.

It’s so much fun diving into the world of Poppi, isn't it? After sharing my initial thoughts on various flavors, I realized there's so much more to consider when picking out the perfect probiotic soda! Beyond just taste, many of us (myself included!) are looking for something that aligns with our health goals and offers good value. That's where things like Yuka scores and finding deals at places like Costco really come into play. When I first started trying Poppi, I was mostly focused on finding flavors that didn't taste too "healthy" but still offered those gut-friendly benefits. But as I got more into it, I started paying closer attention to the ingredients and nutritional information, especially the sugar content. This is where the Yuka app has become my go-to. For those who haven't used it, Yuka is an amazing app that scans food and cosmetic products and gives them a score based on their nutritional quality and the presence of additives. It's a quick way to get a health rating. While I always encourage checking the full ingredient list yourself, Yuka can be a great starting point for seeing how Poppi stacks up. I've found that Poppi generally scores quite well because of its natural ingredients, apple cider vinegar base, and relatively low sugar content – like my 10/10 favorite with only 4g sugar! This really reinforces why I see Poppi as a much better alternative to traditional sugary sodas. It’s comforting to know I’m choosing a drink that not only tastes good but also supports my well-being without unwanted additives. Another big factor for me has been finding Poppi at a good price, especially since I enjoy it so often! That's why I always keep an eye out for it at Costco. Buying Poppi at Costco can be a game-changer for your wallet if you’re a regular drinker. In my experience, they often carry large variety packs, which are perfect for trying a few different flavors at once without committing to a whole case of just one. The price per can is usually significantly lower than at regular grocery stores, which makes my healthy habit much more sustainable. It’s always exciting to see which flavors are included in the Costco packs—sometimes they even have exclusive bundles! If you have a Costco membership, definitely check their beverage aisle; you might just score a fantastic deal. Beyond Costco, I've also found good prices at Target or Whole Foods when they have sales, so it pays to keep an eye on weekly flyers or use store apps for digital coupons. Reflecting on my flavor rankings, it’s clear that personal preference plays a huge role. What might be a 10/10 for me (like that delicious flavor with only 4g sugar!) could be a 7/10 for someone else, and that's perfectly okay! My advice? Don't be afraid to experiment. Sometimes a flavor I wasn't initially keen on grew on me after a few sips, or I found it paired perfectly with a certain meal. The beauty of Poppi is its diverse range, offering something for everyone. It’s all about finding your personal favorites that hit the spot for taste and health. Happy sipping, everyone!
