Shopee is unfair!

The seller shipped me less items, I applied for a refund. May I know was it wrong? Yes, I do get a refund. But, The seller ended up blocking me after a refund. WTF?! It's so unfair why the seller can block us, we can't block them? Why does Shopee close the function of blocking the seller?
Many buyers like me wonder why Shopee allows sellers to block buyers, especially after refund disputes. According to Shopee's Buyer Protection Policy, buyers are protected against unfair practices, but the platform currently does not provide a feature for buyers to block sellers. If a seller blocks you, you might see messages like "You have been blocked by this user," which means you can't view their store or communicate further. This can be frustrating but is part of Shopee's seller management system. If you encounter this, my advice is to immediately contact Shopee Help Center or use the Shopee app's support feature to report the issue. Keeping your Order ID ready, as shown in your refund details, helps speed up the resolution. Also, always check Shopee’s Buyer Protection policies specific to your region, such as Indonesia or Thailand, since there can be slight differences. While Shopee does not allow blocking sellers, you can minimize interactions by avoiding the blocked seller's store and purchasing from highly rated sellers instead. Overall, staying informed about buyer protection and using Shopee’s support channels can help you deal with unfair seller actions more effectively.
