Aiming to lose 19 lb! :D

I can't really do much vigorous workouts due to my health but my goal is to lose 11-19 lb which might shrink my waist and legs a bit

What I'll be doing is walking around the house for 2+ hours straight a day (idk how many steps that is). And I may add deep core (tva) workout routine at night before bed :D

I don't have a specific time range but maybe 2-3 months would be reasonable. Not sure.

From my experience, walking continuously for over two hours daily can significantly contribute to calorie burn and fat loss, especially when performed at a steady pace. Although I wasn’t sure how many steps this would translate to, typically walking about 6,000 to 8,000 steps daily is a great target for moderate weight loss. In addition to walking, incorporating deep core workouts that target the transverse abdominis (TVA) can enhance your results by strengthening your midsection and improving posture. These exercises are gentle but effective for slimming the waistline and can be comfortably done before bedtime without wearing out the body. Aiming for a gradual loss of 11 to 19 pounds over 2-3 months is a reasonable and healthy goal. This timeline allows your body to adjust to lifestyle changes without stress or injury. Consistency is key—daily walking paired with core strengthening builds momentum and helps maintain motivation. Furthermore, it’s important to listen to your body’s needs, especially when health conditions limit intense physical activity. Nutrition plays a supportive role too; focusing on balanced meals with controlled portions will complement your walking and core routines. Tracking your progress is encouraging. For instance, the noted weight of 119.4 lb as of early January can serve as a useful reference point as you move forward. Celebrate small victories like increased stamina during walks or improved core strength to keep your journey positive. Remember, weight loss is not just about numbers but overall health improvements. Personalized low-impact workouts, patience, and persistence create a sustainable path to achieving your goals while respecting your physical boundaries.
