I enjoyed my first taste of their simple yet silk-smooth congee 香滑生滚靓粥, shrimp roe noodles 蝦子麵, and handcrafted wantons 手工雲吞. The tendon 牛筋is a must-try, though I wished the beef brisket 牛腩could be a little more tender.
Personally not a big fan of bitter gourd 苦瓜 or pig trotters 燜豬手, but they were surprisingly good! The tau suan 豆爽 was another highlight, with a delicate orange peel aroma.
