Beyond the mouthwatering salmon and hamachi sashimi, the unique fusion dishes like Hotate Truffle Carpaccio and Truffle Nori Fries stood out with their delicate flavors and creative touches. The private karaoke room was a highlight during our gathering, making it a fun and cozy spot for birthdays or small parties. It’s not just about the food – the extensive Japanese sake and whisky selection complements the dishes perfectly, enhancing the overall dining experience. For those curious about the menu, don’t miss trying the Yukke Sashimi Cold Ramen; it’s a refreshing yet satisfying bowl blending textures beautifully. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, happy to recommend pairings and guide us through the menu. If you’re looking for a relaxed place to enjoy Japanese cuisine with friends or family, especially in a unique rooftop setting with added karaoke fun, Tora Tora Tora is worth discovering. Plus, its convenient location near Tai Seng and Ubi MRT stations makes it easily accessible.
