Trying to be more intentional with what I consume to fuel my body 🍓🍯.

This has been a go to snack to combat any of those sweet cravings! I usually will add cut up strawberries or any fruit to my bowls depending on the flavor yogurt!

Tip: if you don’t like the sour or tartness of Greek yogurt try the strawberry flavor or the lowfact Madagascar vanilla & cinnamon flavors by Chobani! These flavors were a perfect way to get used to the flavor of Greek yogurt (I previously wasn’t a fan😭)
