🔅I don’t always have some deep lesson or big revelation. Sometimes I just show up tired…And I’m still learning that God is okay with that.

🔅Not every season is about being tested or pushed.( Even when we strive to always be better) Some seasons are about being held♥️. About resting. About letting God remind me that I don’t have to force faith or figure everything out to be close to Him…it’s honestly relieving.

🔅I have to remember, God doesn’t rush me. He doesn’t demand perfect words or constant strength. He meets me exactly where I am♥️ even when all I have is silence…

🔅I think we forget that God is gentle with our hearts. He knows when we’re worn down. He knows when we’re trying too hard. And instead of asking for more, He offers peace.

So today, I’m choosing to 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 striving. To 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 overthinking. To just 𝐬𝐢𝐭 with Him and trust that being present is enough.♥️

... Read moreIn my personal journey of faith, learning to accept God's gentleness has been truly transformative. Often, I felt the pressure to constantly perform or prove my devotion through relentless striving. But this message reminds me that God doesn't expect us to carry burdens beyond what He intended for us. In those moments when I’m physically and emotionally drained, I’ve come to realize that it’s perfectly okay to simply be still and rest in His presence. I remember one particularly exhausting period when I was juggling work, family responsibilities, and personal goals. I felt overwhelmed and spiritually depleted, questioning if my faith was strong enough because I lacked deep revelations or profound insights. But reflecting on God’s promise that He will go with us and give us rest (Exodus 33:14), I found comfort in accepting that rest isn’t a sign of weakness but a divine invitation to recharge. Incorporating this understanding into daily life means allowing myself permission to slow down without guilt. It means sitting quietly in prayer or meditation, not forcing words or feelings but simply being present. This gentle approach to faith has brought peace amid chaos and insecurity. It has taught me that faith isn't about perfection or constant effort, but about trusting that God meets us exactly where we are—even in silence or weariness. For anyone feeling overwhelmed or pressured to push harder, remember: God is gentle with our hearts. He knows when we’re worn down and offers peace instead of demands. When you feel the need to slow down but hesitate, consider this a heartfelt permission to rest, renew your spirit, and embrace the peace that God freely gives. It’s a beautiful reminder that you don’t have to force anything to be close to Him—just showing up authentically is enough.
