Diy Toilet cleaner hack
I randomly came up with this combination. This will clean the inside of your toilet and also make your bathroom smell great. Enjoy
This is how I made it
20 pumps of Dawn soap
3/4 cup of baking soda
1/4 cup of any Fabuloso ( pine-Sol and lysol concentration solution)
Silicone mold or ice cube trays
PS: if you want the full effect of double clean you can add more dawn soap and Fabuloso and baking soda.
shout out to @Kristen Chaney for the reminder thanks girl ❤️❤️

Okay, so you've seen my super easy DIY toilet bomb hack, but let's dive a little deeper into why this magic combination works so well and how you can get the absolute most out of it! First off, let's talk about the stars of the show: baking soda, Dawn soap, and that wonderful purple multi-purpose cleaner (my go-to Fabuloso dupe!). Baking soda isn't just for baking; it's a fantastic natural abrasive that gently scrubs away grime and acts as an amazing deodorizer. That's why it's a staple in so many natural cleaning routines! Then you have blue Dawn soap, which is famous for cutting through grease and dirt, leaving surfaces sparkling. And the multi-purpose cleaner? It adds that extra cleaning power and, let's be honest, makes your bathroom smell absolutely divine – much better than those harsh chemical smells from store-bought cleaners. This trio tackles stains, odors, and leaves a fresh scent all in one go! When you're making these, don't be afraid to get creative with your silicone mold choices. I love my heart-shaped ones because they just make cleaning feel a little more fun, but any shape works – even ice cube trays! Just make sure they're completely dry before you pop them out. Patience is key here; sometimes they need a good few hours, or even overnight, in the freezer to solidify properly. Once they're ready, I store my beautiful, light purple and white tablets in a clear glass jar on the counter. It keeps them fresh and looks super cute! Using them is a breeze. Just drop one (or two for a double clean effect, as I mentioned in my original post!) into the toilet bowl and let it fizz away. For a quick refresh, let it sit for 10-15 minutes, then give a light scrub and flush. For those tougher spots or when you feel like your toilet needs a deeper clean, let the tablet dissolve and sit for an hour or even overnight before you scrub. You'll be amazed at how much easier it is to clean afterward! Beyond the sparkle, this DIY method is a win for your wallet and the environment. Think about how much you spend on specialized toilet cleaners. Making your own is incredibly cost-effective, and you're reducing plastic waste by reusing containers and making your own "bombs." It’s a small change that makes a big difference. Plus, you know exactly what ingredients are going into your cleaning products, which is a huge peace of mind for many of us. So, next time you're tackling bathroom cleaning, remember these little homemade helpers. They make maintaining a fresh, clean toilet so much simpler and more enjoyable. Happy cleaning, everyone!

heads up: wear gloves when mixing dish soap & baking soda !! it creates ammonia & can burn your skin, so be super careful :) if you get it on your skin, rinse with vinegar first & water right after. vinegar neutralizes it, just like working with lye
