Reflection = progress 🎓✔️

I have been an educator or worked with kids in some type of capacity for the last 10+ years. I love the innocence of children and the eager to still learn and be seen. I thought stepping into the teacher role would be no different, but baby let me tell you I was in for one hell of a ride. I thought I had a clue, but boy was I wrong. The amount of time and energy you plan as a teacher is exhausting. I had my highs, I had my lows and everything in between. Being a teacher is hard work and is definitely not for everyone. But luckily for me, being a teacher is my calling and it gives me purpose. I love the Aha moments when things finally click for a student. I love to see the growth from the beginning of the year to the end of the year. And for this to have been my first year I couldn’t have asked for a more better class. I’m a Third Grade teacher, what’s your Superpower?🦸‍♀️ #teachingjourney #teachinggratitude #educator #teachingthirdgrade #reflection
