OverLoad Mental Overload
What are somethings that keep you stuck amd heart heavy????
Anyone else have all these stressor that sometimes you just cant run away from?
Besides trying to pay bills. Anyone else underpaid for the work they do at their jobs?
Anyone overwhelmed and feel stuck at their jobs?
Unfortunately, I have learned that things in life need to be more appreciated but damn, I've lost a vehicle and definitely cannot afford a new one. My schedule relys on my husband's and his around mine since we share a vehicle. Two separate shifts, no time alone... Picking up extra shifts to get by. My kids always need something for school and its not their fault we are in this situation right?
Emotions are always high and lo. My mental health is super over load. 😪
How hard is it for anyone else to play the part for their work and family, yet are slowly breaking down inside?
Many people today experience mental overload due to a combination of challenges, including demanding jobs with insufficient pay, financial burdens like unpaid bills, and the complexities of family life. This overwhelming pressure can lead to emotional exhaustion and a feeling of being stuck, as described by those juggling multiple roles without time for self-care. For instance, sharing one vehicle between partners working different shifts creates logistical challenges and adds to stress, especially when combined with the need to pick up extra shifts just to make ends meet. Parents often face the additional pressure of providing for their children’s school needs, which can feel like an ongoing source of worry. Mental health can deteriorate under these circumstances, making it hard to keep up appearances at work and home while quietly struggling inside. This experience resonates with caregivers and exhausted parents who feel they must play strong roles but are emotionally depleted. To manage mental overload, it’s important to acknowledge these feelings without judgment and seek support from community groups or professionals. Sharing stories with others facing similar struggles, such as caregivers or exhausted moms, can provide comfort and practical advice. Incorporating moments to embrace vulnerability and practicing self-compassion can help relieve mental burdens. Simple steps like prioritizing tasks, setting boundaries at work, and finding small pockets of personal time can gradually improve well-being. Ultimately, while external circumstances like financial instability and job stress might be challenging to change immediately, building a resilient mindset and fostering open communication within families can alleviate some of the emotional load associated with these tough life situations.

Hang in there, mama. Your feelings are so valid, and you're doing amazing even when it feels like you're not.
