Starting the day with protein-packed egg white wraps filled with slaw veggies offers a light but satisfying meal. Cold slaw adds crunch without too many carbs, ensuring that the meal is both nutritious and delicious. For lunch or dinner, I often indulge in a hot pot, which is not only comforting but also allows me to include a variety of proteins and vegetables. It's a versatile dish that accommodates almost any dietary preference. Additionally, I love preparing a whole chicken seasoned simply with salt and pepper; it’s flavorful and provides numerous servings for meal prep throughout the week. One of my favorite beverages after meals is a smooth, creamy strawberry matcha latte made with macadamia milk. With zero sugar, it’s a guilt-free treat that incorporates adaptogens, making it a health-focused choice as well. I always look for options that fit within my macro goals, ensuring that I eat deliciously while staying healthy! By focusing on whole foods and balanced meals, I can enjoy my food while keeping my weight in check.
