You would never know!

You would never know this chocolatey cake had bananas in it! It’s moist delicious and super chocolatey! Not even kids would know even if they aren’t a fan of bananas!

•1 1/3 cups, all purpose flour

•1/4 cup Dutch processed cocoa

•1 teaspoon baking soda baking

•1/4 teaspoon salt

•1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

•1 teaspoon espresso powder (optional)

•1/2 cup unsalted butter room temperature

•1 cup, granulated sugar

•2 large eggs room temperature

•1 1/2 cups smashed ripe banana about three medium banana bananas

•2 teaspoons vanilla extract

•1/2 cup sour cream at room temperature

•1/2 cup of chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 line a 9 x 5“ loaf pan with parchment paper spray the bottom sides of pan in a large bowl, sift together, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and espresso powder if using set aside. And a bowl of a stand mixer with paddle attachment or handheld electric mixer beat butter until smooth and creamy. About one minute gradually add in the sugar and beat on medium high speed until well combined about two minutes stop the mixer scrape down the sides of the bowl. Beat another 30 seconds. Add in eggs one at a time meeting well after each addition and scraping down size and bottom as needed on low speed at the mashed banana and vanilla just until mixed stain on low speed at flour mixture and three additions alternating with sour cream two additions begin and ending with flower fold in chocolate chips scrape the batter into prepared pan smooth top with spatula bake 55 to 65 minutes until cake comes out clean poking it with a toothpick go for 30 minutes. Than enjoy.
