I fell in love with him at 18… I turn 20 in two months, and we ended things last month.
I really thought he was my forever. I planned a whole future in my head with him, couldn’t imagine life without him, and we both swore the “19 love theory” wouldn’t apply to us because what we had felt too real, too deep.
Now we’re strangers.
And somehow… the theory still happened.
But if you’re going through this, just know this isn’t the end of your story. Sometimes people come into your life to teach you, to shape you, to help you grow into who you’re meant to be. It doesn’t make the love any less real it just means it wasn’t meant to last forever.
I’ve made peace with it, but a part of me will always care about him. And that’s okay.
