Every time I order it, I'm impressed by how perfectly cooked the grilled salmon is – flaky, moist, and bursting with flavor. What really seals the deal for me are the vibrant, fresh sides. It typically comes with a generous serving of perfectly steamed asparagus, tender green beans, and sweet carrots, often garnished with a bright lemon wedge. It’s such a balanced plate that makes me feel satisfied and nourished, not heavy. And here's a crucial tip I learned: always, always skip the bread basket and butter. It's tempting, I know, but those extra calories add up quickly, and honestly, this salmon dish is so flavorful on its own, you won't even miss it.
