What motivates you in the morning?

For me, I absolutely look forward to drinking my espresso. I do two shots of espresso and oat milk. I then get dressed and ready for the gym. I work out anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour each day.

Once I have completed my workout, I come home and drink my protein shake, shower, and then eat breakfast. All of this before 8am. 🙌🏼 what motivates me daily is knowing that I am choosing myself, my health, and my happiness each day.
