Solo trip to Tokyo and I was ever so lucky to have managed to book Hotel Toranomon Hills for less! I paid cash rate when they were having a 15% off stay in January! The usual room rates will go from $500-$800/night just for a normal deluxe room!!!
I took the Airport Limousine bus to Ginza and then hopped on a uber to get to the hotel since I didn’t buy the bus ticket in advance and they were sold out for my location. FYR the route you can buy for is to Andaz Toranomon (it’s about 10mins walk to the hotel from Andaz!)
The lobby is a little rowdy since it houses a pretty famous restaurant/cafe Le Prestine! Service was commendable, the staff are at least able to converse in english.
Rooms are very spacious! I had a 11th floor room which also locates the 24-hour lounge available to all guests! Non-alcoholic drinks at the minibar is free. Shower was great, the amenities provided was top quality, I literally felt my skin smoother after use! They also provided pajamas so this saved me some luggage space. The only downside is that the basin is outside of the shower room which makes it a little messy throughout the day.
There’s also a 24-hour gym and a more atas gym inside Toranomon Hills Tower which will require special access to. Though take note that you should be covered up well if you’ve visible tattoos on your body!
All in all, I did not regret ONE BIT booking this hotel. I had great walk around the area (15mins to Azabudai, 30mins to Ginza albeit 2 stops on the metro line, 15mins to Shimbashi too!)
I’ll rebook it in a heartbeat. Thank you for making 3-night stay so comfortable.

... Read moreIf you're considering booking a stay at Hotel Toranomon Hills, here are some additional tips based on my experience that you might find helpful.
Firstly, the hotel's location is a major plus. It's right above the Toranomon Hills station, offering direct access to the Hibiya and Ginza metro lines. This made getting around Tokyo incredibly convenient for me, with Ginza just 30 minutes away and Shimbashi nearby as well. Plus, the walk to nearby neighborhoods like Azabudai was enjoyable and refreshing.
Regarding transportation, if you plan to take the Airport Limousine bus, I’d recommend purchasing your tickets in advance, especially if you want to get off near the hotel. The bus stops at Andaz Toranomon, which is about a 10-minute walk from Hotel Toranomon Hills. Missing out on the bus ticket meant I had to catch an Uber, which was convenient but added to my trip cost.
Inside the hotel, while the lobby is lively due to the popular Le Prestine restaurant and cafe, the staff are friendly and spoke enough English to assist me comfortably. The room I stayed in on the 11th floor was surprisingly spacious, with a 24-hour guest lounge offering free non-alcoholic beverages.
One thoughtful amenity was the provision of pajamas, which saved space in my luggage. The bathroom setup, however, was a bit unusual with the basin located outside the shower room, sometimes causing minor messiness throughout the day.
Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the 24-hour gym on site. There is also a more exclusive gym inside the Toranomon Hills Tower requiring special access; take note that visible tattoos must be covered to use these facilities.
Overall, the combination of comfort, location, and amenities made this hotel an easy choice for me, and I’d happily rebook for future Tokyo visits. If you’re looking for a luxury stay that blends accessibility with quality, Hotel Toranomon Hills is a solid option to consider.
