FBI caught after using company credit card "buy card" Pokémon
A 34-year-old man from Irling was sentenced to four months in prison for embezzling over $5 million worth of his company to buy Pokémon cards.
This story takes place between September 2021 and October 2022. As Mitch William Gross works for a logistics company, he takes his credit cards for personal purchases, mostly Pokemon cards, game replenishments, and gaming gear, totaling $5 million.
He forged receipts and distorted the expense details in the disbursement report to make these private purchases seem like normal business expenses.
The FBI had to investigate and was eventually arrested.
He pleaded guilty to electronic fraud charges last April and the court most recently sentenced him to full reparation, four months in prison and probation.
Now, I don't know which Pokemon card he bought, but given the amount of time he keeps, the card he keeps right now should double the price.# Pokemon card # Pokemon # Entertainment news # News # Trending
