私みたいに「SHEINのスクイーズって実際どう？おすすめある？」って気になって探してる人向けに、買ってみて感じた“選び方”とあわせてメモしておきます。 まずスクイーズは、当たり外れが出やすいので「素材感・サイズ感・匂い・べたつき」の4点を見るのが安心でした。私はパン系（クロワッサン）を選んだんだけど、見た目がリアルなだけじゃなくて、押したときの戻り方がちょうど良いとテンション上がります。香り付きは好みが分かれるので、苦手な人はレビューで“におい強め”って書かれてないかチェックするのがおすすめ。 次に、伸びるタイプ（私が買った“クリームもち”みたいなやつ）は、触り心地が最高な反面、ホコリが付きやすい印象。遊んだ後は軽く拭いて、ジップ袋に入れておくと長持ちしました。あと「サクサク系」っぽい表面に粒感があるタイプ（ココナッツがまぶしてある感じのやつ）は、ずっと潰したくなる楽しさがあるけど、粒が取れやすい個体もあるので、届いたら最初に表面の状態を確認すると安心です。 スクイーズ以外の“シーインで買ってよかったもの”としては、私は小物が特に当たりでした。200円台のサングラスは気軽に試せるのが良いところ。ただ、安い分レンズの見え方に個体差があることもあるので、届いたら室内でまず試して、違和感があれば無理して外で使わないようにしてます。ヘアクリップ（マーブルっぽいデザイン）は、髪が多い人は挟む力のレビューが役立ちました。 服は口コミが命。ボーダーワンピは「小さめ」って評価を見てXLにしたら私には正解でした。SHEINは同じMでも商品ごとにサイズ感が違うので、身長・体重だけじゃなく“肩幅/バスト/ウエストの実寸”と、レビュー写真の体型が近い人を探すのがいちばん失敗しにくいです。 最後に、カートが膨らみがちな人へ。私は「スクイーズは3個まで」「小物はテーマを決める（ブローチ/ステッカー/ポーチみたいに用途が想像できるものだけ）」ってルールにしたら、約6000円でも満足度高くまとまりました。次はローファーも気になるので、買うなら素材とサイズレビューをしっかり見てから挑戦するつもりです。
