🚨🆘 have you ever experienced such a headache in your classroom or office?

🥸 friends who took the 1st exam all the time, but every time they walked out of the exam room, they complained that "I can't do it. I'm not sure." But the scores were always on top.

🙂 ↔️ some who know very little, but like to brag, brag, brag, confident in themselves a hundred times to show off.

⁉️ why do people behave in this way of truth? These behaviors can be explained by a psychological principle called the "Dunning-Kruger Effect" in combination with "Imposter Syndrome."

✨ Dunning-Kruger Effect ✨

It was discovered by psychologists David Dunning and Justin Kruger, who explain that humans often underestimate their abilities, especially that "people with little knowledge" often overestimate themselves because they still know too little to see that they do not know anything to fall into the so-called "Peak of Mount Stupid." 🤷🏻‍♀️

David 👦🏻 ended his law abroad with honors. He carried 100% full confidence because he thought:

1. They already have the tightest knowledge of the law.

2. Self is better than others who graduated from other universities.

While Jonny 🧑🏽‍🦱 graduated from a top university with a very high experience and average grade, he only carries 70% confidence because the more he learns, the more he sees that the laws in the real world are complex in detail and have a lot of perspective to look out for (this is a symptom of a talented person who often underestimates himself, or Imposter Syndrome).

🏢 when the company tested by having the couple answer the law:

David 👦🏻 answered the rule of law quickly and confidently because he viewed the problem as one dimension.

Jonny 🧑🏽‍🦱 spent a lot of time thinking and answering, and in addition to telling the law, he explained, for example, and analyzed other aspects of potential problems.

As a result, Johnny was elected because the company saw that he understood the essence of science deeply, not just memorizing the texts.

🧐⁉️ this example shows us that people who are overconfident at first may stop improving because they think they are the best, but nevertheless it does not mean that not all good people have to be confident or that not all good people have to lose confidence.

🤔⁉️, how can we cope and improve ourselves from this trap?

1.Seek Feedback: Open up to the opinions of those around us who trust them to reflect on where we are defective and what we are doing well. Opening up to opinions will break down the confidence barrier that blinds our eyes, allowing us to see the views we have overlooked.

Embrace the Unknown: As we study deeper and start to feel so unconfident that we think, "Why don't we know anything?" Be comfortable that you are on the right track, the more we discover ignorance and continue to learn. One day we will understand the essence and rise to being true experts in that area.
