Simple and easy homemade peanut butter cookies

Easy peasy homemade peanut butter cookies.

Prep time : 10 minutes ✨

Cook time : 15 minutes ✨

Ingredients : peanut butter of your choice, sugar and one egg. ✨

Start off with a bowl and add in two cups of peanut butter of your choice I personally like extra crunchy skippy peanut butter.. Then add in one cup of sugar! If you want it to be extra sweet you can add more. Lastly we add in one egg. Mix for about 2 minutes by that time you should have a very soft looking batter. You then wash your hands and start taking out little amounts at a time and roll them into perfect little balls, do this until you run out of batter. Once you get all of your batter out of your bowl, take a fork and press down on the top.. I do a cross with my fork to make it look cute.. then you’re going to sprinkle sugar on top of all the cookies and toss them in the oven for 15 minutes!

These are the best cookies to pair with milk.
