I like to think I’ve calmed down since then 😌
Looking back at my younger years, I sometimes can't believe the fiery spirit I carried. At 19, I was so ready to stand up for myself that I'd even resort to headbutting anyone who disrespected me—that raw energy was part of who I was. But as time passed, I realized that true strength isn't just about fighting back physically; it's about choosing your battles wisely and maintaining your peace. Over time, I've learned that calming down doesn't mean losing your edge—it means gaining control. I've become more aware of my emotions and responses, which has helped me handle conflicts in healthier, more effective ways. The transformation from impulsive reactions to thoughtful responses has improved my relationships and my self-esteem. This journey reminds me that growth is personal and continuous. While I still value respect and standing my ground, I now do so with a calm confidence that's more empowering and sustainable. For anyone who remembers their wild side, know that change is possible, and it can lead to a stronger, more peaceful version of yourself.

With age comes some chill😬
