Make sure to put more details so users do not have to keep asking for it. Make sure there a lot of pictures so that the users do not have to keep asking for it as well.

Time is money, so if the buyers low ball is easier just to block and ignore. Also check buyer reputation/review as it can tell a lot about the buyer whether are they serious or they going to ghost. Make sure your buyer also make an offer before meeting, if the item is very expensive/bulky ask for a deposit.
