Break the cycle…

This summer, even though my Mother, father, Grammy, Grampy, Uncle & niece weren’t there in person to see it, I hope they saw me & I hope they’re proud. I’m a first generation college student in my family. Are any of you first generation? I am also one of the first in my family to put a stop to the cycle of addiction, & speak openly about it. Now my son is starting college, & is educated about addiction as well!

I don’t think I would have ever made it this far without my Son being born. Or without the love and support of my partner and the friendship of my Soul sister. I am incredibly blessed. I start my Bachelors degree this Autumn!
