Walmart was actually a win today!
Usually, I am not the biggest fan of Walmarts clothing… or even what they stand for. While I usually try to shop small and local, there are times I do admit to falling for Walmarts convenience factor. So, they’re convenient and today my son needed a haircut before his birthday. We went to our usual spot but there was a 75 minute wait… Neither of us are in love with waiting. So, we popped over to see if Walmarts salon could fit him in and not only could they, but the stylist was so sweet to my son and did a great job. And it was only $25!
While he got his hair did, I ran to pick up a few grocery items we wanted.
And even though I am all for not rushing into the next season, the reality is I have often missed out on Fall & Halloween items I would’ve loved to get because I didn’t buy them when I saw them July 5th. 😂 So this year, I have been picking up a few things here and there and tucking them away. I have been eyeballing this mumu the last FOUR times I have gone to Walmart but I resisted. However I was having regret when I got home every time I passed on it. I even told my partner about it and that I wished I’d bought it. So at only $11.98 I did it today. The final selling point was the discovery of Pockets! None of my Mumus have POCKETS!! SOLD!
Has anyone else noticed that their PJ section is great right now? The materials are so soft, and you get a nightgown AND matching socks for less than twelve dollars before tax. Plus there’s all the entertainment of people watching while you’re there!
Has anyone else bought any of their “Halloween” pajamas recently? I’ve worn my mumu from last Halloween all year😂 So I will probably do the same this year. Last years was the orange one with black cats. If you can’t tell, I have a fuzzy black familiar to pay tribute to! 😂
