🍋🫶 four months postpartum

Hi everyone! Baby is almost 4 months. I can’t believe it. I am happy to be almost back to my regular weight however, I always wanted to tone my body and now even more because I feel I have to be very in shape to take care of my child. He’s getting heavy 😂 I have been running for now just doing basic cardio, but I wanna incorporate some Kickboxing or something… although the running has helped with my postpartum anxiety a ton. 10/10 recommend #postpartumrecovery #postpartum #postpartumanxiety

... Read moreAs you embark on your postpartum journey, it's important to recognize the physical and emotional changes your body goes through. Engaging in physical activities like running not only aids in weight loss but also significantly alleviates postpartum anxiety, providing a vital outlet for stress relief. Incorporating a mix of cardio and strength training, such as kickboxing, can enhance your overall fitness and tone your body effectively. Many new mothers find that participating in community fitness classes helps them build social connections, providing support through shared experiences. Additionally, consider focusing on balanced nutrition to fuel your workouts and support recovery. Remember to listen to your body and celebrate the progress, no matter how small. Each step you take is a testament to your journey into motherhood and self-care.
