This house is located in the Vicente López neighborhood, a quiet and charming habitat from the original Chalet-style house with unique brick walls and tile roofs.
The original problem: opacity and isolated space
Before the renovation: This house is quite dark, dense, and makes the rooms look separate.
Main problem: Home and Garden Exterior Spaces, Not Connected, Make Not Full Use of Garden
✨ Homeowner's Needs: Stay Unique, Brighten and Airy
The team of architects made major renovations, but kept the original glamorous "old-style roof shape" in its entirety.
- Connect Space: The key is to open large windows in the back of the house, allowing the living area and the interior to merge warmly and harmoniously with the outside garden.
- New layout: Restructuring and new corridors to clear open, transparent and interconnected interior spaces
-Eclectic style:
Front: Design the wall as simple white to enhance the modern feel.
The result: It perfectly combines traditional charm with modernity.
From a house that once lacked light and dense, it has become a bright, airy, single-family home with a wider living space, but retains the original charm and identity of the Chalet style.
