There was a time (read: 2 months ago) when I couldn’t focus for longer than a TikTok. I forgot what I read two seconds after reading it. My brain was fried.
But I decided to take tiny steps back to clarity:
10 mins of sunlight in the morning
One book instead of 10 reels
Study sprints, not doomscroll spirals
No more multitasking (never the vibe)
Now my brain feels less like oatmeal, more like a sharpened pencil ✏️ LOL

My journey to combat brain rot wasn't about drastic changes, but rather about implementing what I call 'tiny habits for big results.' One of the first things I integrated was getting 10 minutes of sunlight in the morning. It’s amazing how a simple 'morning light' boost can improve your mood and regulate your sleep cycle, helping you start the day 'screen-free.' Instead of immediately reaching for my phone, I now try to 'read before I scroll,' even if it's just a few pages of a book. This small shift makes a huge difference in how my brain wakes up and its capacity to absorb new information.
