Fall Chocolate Chip Cookies
These are the perfect mix of pumpkin spice and chocolate in every single bite✨
Ingredients:
1 cup COLD butter cut into small cubes
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (Optional)
3 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 cups Chocolate Chips
12 ounces pumpkin spice Oreos
Directions:
Preheat oven to 410F
Cream together the sugars and butter until well incorporated
Add the eggs and vanilla (you do not need to add vanilla to this recipe! I like too)
In a seperate bowl measure out your flour (spoon to level method!)
Mix in your baking soda and cornstarch until will combined
Add your dry ingredients to wet mixing slowly
Before you fully combine the dough add the Oreos and chocolate chips
Once well combined you want to roll the dough into 5.5 ounce balls, it’s best to use a scale for this but if you don’t have one no worries! Just eyeball it and you should make out 8 large cookies
Once you have rolled your cookies out them in the freezer for 45 minutes, take out and bake 4 cookies per sheet for 12 minutes or until tops are a golden brown
You’re all set!
