5 Star Hotel Job Interview Experience and What Candidates Should Know

A job interview in a 5-star hotel is not just a response to a question based on work history, but a screening process for attitudes, discipline, and understanding of international work standards. Hotels are not looking for just good workers, but for people who "work consistently under the system."
