* Pike Place Market 📍

We recently moved to Washington state and we’re looking at things to do in the area, this popped up as a big touristy spot so we had to see what the hype was!

We got here pretty late because we went to the Seattle Aquarium beforehand so we didn’t get to see them throw any fish, but it was also way less crowded!

Underneath is like a maze, my husband and I definitely got turned around and lost a few times!

... Read morePike Place Market is a bustling hub located in the heart of Seattle, famous for its vibrant atmosphere, local produce, and artisan crafts. Established in 1907, this historic market features various stalls offering everything from fresh seafood to locally made goods. As a tourist hotspot, it's often busy, but visiting during off-peak hours can offer a more relaxed experience. Besides the famous fish-throwing vendors and countless eateries, the market also boasts stunning views of Elliott Bay. Visitors often recommend exploring the hidden gems tucked away in the market's lower levels, leading to interesting shops and eateries that are usually less frequented. While the market thrives during the day, the nighttime ambiance adds a unique charm, with some vendors staying open late. Whether you're hunting for fresh ingredients for dinner or looking for the perfect souvenir, Pike Place Market has something memorable for everyone. A visit to Seattle wouldn't be complete without this experience!

Pike Place Market’s charm is undeniable, but these days it’s mostly crowded and pricey; honestly, it’s lost a lot of its original character for locals.
