My Favorite Podcasts(Nontoxic)
These are my favorite podcasts to listen to in no particular order. The biggest quality I get from all of these is a lack of drama and the promotion of an open dialogue.
1. “What Now? With Trevor Noah”
This podcast is a great way to hear celebrities answer questions openly in a way you normally never get. Trevor Noah is an amazing interviewer who dives deep and is willing to ask the tough questions. Some notable guest include Kerry Washington, Bill Gates, Janelle Monáe, and more to come.
2. Hard Feelings With Janette McCurdy”
This podcast has very short episodes and is very easy to listen to. It’s mostly a personal diary for Janette as she navigates different adversities in her life. The freedom and openness that she is able to express to the public is admirable.
3. “The Psychology of Your 20s”
This is a long running podcast about different psychological topics and how they play into being in your 20s. The host, Jemma Sbeg, does an amazing job breaking down these interesting topics and relating them to such a pivotal point in most people’s life.
4. “On Purpose”
This podcast is hosted by Jay Shetty. He interviews I diverse group of people that live in their purpose in different ways. He allows them to express their opinions freely even if they differ from others that have previously been on his podcast. It opens a beautiful dialogue and it gears the listener into finding their purpose. He also has several solo episodes aimed at helping the audience be better individuals whether personally, professionally, spiritually, or in a relationship. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PODCAST ENOUGH!!!
