Using a sunscreen every morning transformed my skin’s resilience against sun damage and premature aging, which is something many underestimate. Incorporating exfoliation once or twice a week also helps remove dead skin cells, promoting a smoother complexion. It’s important to choose products based on your skin type and concerns—dry, oily, combination, or sensitive skin all require tailored approaches. Additionally, consistency over time brings visible results, so sticking to your routine without frequently switching products can enhance effectiveness. Finally, maintaining a healthy diet and staying hydrated support skin health from within, complementing your topical care efforts.
