her ADHD and anxiety have been at a peak and I’m not sure if we are just going to keep being so stressed.

Thank you. I have such a hard time. I was a very compliant teen so this is new to me. But I also had a very very strict home where our kids have a lot more wiggle room unless it comes to technology we definitely have more restrictions with her phone and computer.
