I used to wake up feeling behind before the day even started.

But slowing down? It changed everything.

Here’s my soft life mom morning ritual that actually works:

6:15am: Light a candle + soft blanket moment

6:20am: Hot coffee while the house is still quiet

6:25am: 3 deep breaths, quick prayer, or affirmation

6:30am: Stretch or just sit in peace

That’s it. No hustle. No pressure. Just 15 minutes to be with me.
