Be careful of the beliefs we believe about ourselves. Each day there will be positive thoughts, negative thoughts, beliefs that we have been passed on. Of course, the previous years, we felt that we could live with our beliefs, it wasn't a problem, and we kept changing ourselves. But this year is the most "proper" time when the old self begins to fade to move towards a new, better belief. It's not that we have to hate the old version of ourselves, but that you, in a ready version of your mind, body, mind, you start to understand that everything that happens in life always comes to make you a better version, like you start to forgive. At the point of being unproud, you start to understand that you don't have to be the perfect person to have a good life. Then the point of being able to accept all aspects of yourself, you will see opportunities from the smallest to the largest. If you saw ideas in your head but never actually created them, you will now have more passion to do this. And what to warn is that there may be too much pressure to expect, but the point of expectation does not come to make us stop expecting. But come to know that you are still living, you are still a disappointed human being to expect. Expectations let us know what You really want to be able to happen when you do whatever you expect and don't know what you're doing on purpose. But this year you'll see the most obvious results because you're starting to have the beliefs that are possible. Act in harmony with the beliefs that come from you. New ideas come from your project. When people believe that everything can change from yourself, you'll get the opportunity like when you were a kid. You'll be the funniest kid. You'll know that that kid is capable. You'll come back and respect your true self without running away again. See all aspects of yourself. Dark and light is you. You see, the opportunity will come when you dare to be yourself.

จากประสบการณ์ที่ผมได้ลองเปลี่ยนมุมมองและความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับตัวเอง สิ่งที่เห็นชัดเจนมากคือพลังของความเชื่อมีผลอย่างมากต่อการดำเนินชีวิตทั้งด้านดีและไม่ดี เหมือนอย่างในบทความที่กล่าวไว้ว่า "สิ่งที่คิดจะเกิดขึ้นจริงเร็วมาก" นั้นเป็นเรื่องจริงที่พบเจอโดยตรง ผมเคยติดกับดักความคิดลบและความกลัวจนอาจไม่กล้าลงมือทำสิ่งที่อยากทำ แต่เมื่อกลับมาเรียนรู้และเปลี่ยนแปลงความเชื่อให้เป็นบวกเหมาะสมกับตัวเองในปัจจุบัน ก็ทำให้รู้สึกว่าตัวเองมีพลังที่พร้อมจะสร้างสรรค์และตามฝันได้อีกครั้ง ไม่ใช่การลอกเลียนแบบใครแต่เป็นการค้นพบความเป็นตัวเองอย่างแท้จริง สิ่งสำคัญคือการไม่ยึดติดกับความสมบูรณ์แบบ เพราะความผิดพลาดและความไม่สมบูรณ์แบบคือส่วนหนึ่งของการเติบโตและเรียนรู้ การยอมรับในทุกด้านของตัวเองทั้งสว่างและมืด ช่วยเปิดโอกาสให้เราเห็นทางเดินที่หลากหลาย และโอกาสใหม่ๆ ที่อาจไม่เคยสังเกตเห็นมาก่อน ในช่วงเวลาที่ผมรู้สึกกดดันหรือคาดหวังมากเกินไป ผมมักจะให้อภัยและเข้าใจตัวเองว่าเรายังเป็นมนุษย์ที่มีความรู้สึก และความคาดหวังนั้นช่วยผลักดันให้เราขยับเข้าใกล้สิ่งที่เราต้องการอย่างแท้จริง เพียงแต่ต้องลงมือทำอย่างต่อเนื่องด้วยใจที่เปิดกว้างและไม่ยอมแพ้ สุดท้าย การกลับไปเคารพและรักตัวเองไม่ใช่แค่การพูด แต่เป็นการกระทำที่สะท้อนออกมาจากความเข้าใจและยอมรับในทุกมิติของตัวตน สิ่งนี้จะเป็นแรงผลักดันสำคัญที่ทำให้คุณกล้าแสดงความเป็นตัวเองและรับโอกาสทั้งหลายที่เข้ามาในชีวิตอย่างเต็มที่เหมือนที่บทความได้สื่อไว้ว่า "โอกาสจะเข้ามาเมื่อคุณกล้าเป็นตัวของตัวเอง"
