This week

A little recap of this past week.

I read Lady Tan’s Circle of Women. It’s a little slow at first but I’m so glad I stuck with it. This book gives you a look back at what China’s Ming Dynasty looked like for women and it shows you how female relationships are so important. 10/10 for me.

I’m listening to Bad Bunny’s new album. I mean even if you don’t know Spanish this is good one to listen to, specially for working out.

I love Chai, I want to learn how to make my own chai concentrate but for now I’m drinking the Tazo one.

What are you up to this week? Have any book recs? Let me know!

... Read moreThis past week was filled with cultural exploration through literature and music. Lady Tan's Circle of Women presented a captivating look into the lives of women during China's Ming Dynasty, emphasizing the importance of female friendships, which resonates with many contemporary themes. Bad Bunny's new album, admired for its energetic beats, especially complements a workout session, making it a versatile choice for both Spanish speakers and non-speakers alike. For those who enjoy chai, the quest to create a homemade chai concentrate opens up a realm of flavors, yet the convenience of Tazo's chai helps bridge the gap for now. Learning to brew the perfect chai can be an exciting journey into the world of spices and flavors. Lastly, I encourage you to share what you’ve been up to this week. Any book recommendations? Let’s keep this conversation going and inspire each other with great finds and experiences!

I just finished Holly. It was 4/5 stars for me. It took a bit to get going.
