When I joined the Latina Leadership Institute, I wasn’t new to leadership but felt distant from it. I knew I had the potential. The calling. The passion. But I didn’t feel proud of how I was showing up, and I questioned if I was “doing it right.”

LLI gave me a space to unpack that. To grow. To connect with other women walking similar paths. And to finally say, “Yes, I am a leader. And I’m proud of the way I lead.”
