OMG, you guys! I finally jumped into the Roblox 3008 game, and it’s seriously addictive! As a huge TOCA Boca fan, I usually go for more chill games, but the unknown of an infinite IKEA store had me hooked. I just had to share my experience and some beginner tips because let me tell you, surviving the night in there is no joke! It's super fun to play, but you need to be prepared. For those who haven't played, Roblox 3008 (often just called "IKEA" by players) throws you into an endless IKEA store. During the day, it's pretty calm; you can explore, gather resources, and try to find other players. But once night falls, things get spooky! Mysterious 'staff members' (the SCP-3008-2 entities) start roaming, and they are NOT friendly. Your goal is simply to survive as many nights as possible. Here are my top tips after my first few runs, especially useful if you're like 'me playing 3008' for the first time: 1. Find a Safe Spot ASAP: As soon as you spawn, start looking for a good place to set up a temporary base. High shelves are great, or areas with solid walls that the staff can't easily reach. Avoid open spaces at all costs when night approaches! I learned this the hard way – got chased by a staff member and barely made it! 2. Gather Resources During the Day: Food and water are crucial. Look for hotdogs, soda, and other snacks scattered around. You'll also need building supplies like planks, tables, and shelves to fortify your base. The more you gather during the day, the safer you'll be at night. Don't hoard too much though; inventory space is limited! 3. Team Up if You Can: While playing solo is fun, teaming up with other players significantly increases your chances of survival. You can share resources, defend a base together, and just have more fun exploring. Communication is key! 4. Understand the Day/Night Cycle: Pay attention to the in-game clock or the sky. When it starts to get dark, rush back to your base. The staff members are much more aggressive at night. If you’re caught out in the open, run and hide! Sometimes, just crouching behind a display can make you invisible to them. 5. Don't Engage the Staff (Unless You Have To): Early on, you won't have good weapons. Your best bet is to avoid the staff members. If you're cornered, you can try to run past them or use environmental objects to block their path. Some players use clever traps, but for beginners, evasion is key. 6. Use Your Tools Wisely: You might find tools like pickaxes or axes. These can be used to break down furniture for building materials or even as makeshift weapons in a pinch. Save your durability! I even recorded some of my hilarious (and terrifying!) moments using something like 8CapCut to edit them. It’s wild how much fun you can have just trying to survive in this game.
