「沖縄 抹茶 専門店」で探していて、北谷の「んじゅ（Nju）」に行ってみたんですが、抹茶好きほど刺さる“ちゃんと抹茶が主役”のお店でした。ドリンクは一口目から香りが立って、苦味が強すぎないのに濃さはしっかり。甘さもくどくないので、朝の一杯にちょうど良かったです。 個人的に推したいのが、カスタムの幅広さ。牛乳が重く感じる日でも、オーツミルクやソイミルク、アーモンドミルクに変えられるのはありがたい…！さらに沖縄県産の自家製黒糖シロップや甘酒を追加できるので、同じ抹茶でも気分で味を変えられます。私は次行くなら「抹茶×オーツミルク＋黒糖」にして、コクと香ばしさを楽しみたい。 そして「抹茶ドリンクだけで終わらない」のが、んじゅの良いところ。土窯炊きごはんのおむすびがあるので、朝ごはんや軽めのランチにも使えます。テイクアウト専門店だから、受け取ってすぐ近くの砂辺海岸に持っていって、海を見ながら抹茶とおにぎり…という流れが本当に最高。観光の合間に“沖縄っぽいカフェ時間”を作りたい人にもおすすめです。 初めて行く人向けのメモとしては、朝早くから開いている分、午前中の方が動きやすい印象。月・火が定休なので旅行日程に入れるならそこだけ注意です。あと店内の雰囲気も素敵で、抹茶を点てている様子が見られるタイミングだと、待ち時間も楽しい。お店のコンセプトっぽいメッセージが飾られていたり、貝殻や沖縄らしい小物があったりして、写真も撮りたくなります。 抹茶の香りに包まれたい朝、北谷で「抹茶専門店」を探しているなら、んじゅはかなり有力候補。次は豚汁やおむすびも一緒に頼んで、しっかり“和の最強コンビ”を味わいに行きたいです。
