沖縄の那覇市首里で、フレンチのエッセンスを取り入れたユニークな沖縄そばのお店、SALMON NOODLE 3.0の冬限定メニュー「紅ズワイ蟹クワトロチーズ」を食べてみて、とて も感動しました。 私もこの限定メニューを楽しんだのですが、まず前菜のサーモンや海ぶどうの新鮮さが印象的で、最後の一杯への期待感が高まりました。スープは蟹の濃厚な旨みが凝縮されていて、一口飲むとその香りと甘みが口いっぱいに広がります。これに4種のチーズ（パルメザン、モッツァレラ、カマンベール、ゴーダ）が絶妙に絡み合い、濃厚ながらしつこくなく、とても上品な味わい。 特に印象的だったのは、トッピングされた鹿のロースト。ジューシーで柔らかく、チーズと蟹のスープにアクセントを加えています。途中で削りたてのチーズを追加すると、香りがいっそう引き立ち、満足度が格段にアップしました。 また、締めのデザートである黒糖たっぷりのアイスは、温かいスープのあとにさっぱりと口直しでき、甘さとコクのバランスが絶妙でした。まさに寒い季節にぴったりのメニューで、贅沢なひとときを過ごせます。 この限定メニューは3月14日までの販売で、人気商品のため早めに売り切れることもあるので、訪問前に確認することをおすすめします。駐車場も完備しているので、那覇市首里の観光と合わせて立ち寄りやすいですよ。 沖縄での食体験として、伝統の沖縄そばにフレンチの技術を融合したこの一杯は、観光客だけでなく地元の人にもぜひ味わってほしい逸品です。冬の沖縄旅行の思い出作りにおすすめします！
