私も以前、友人家族と一緒に名護市の焼肉大昇へ行った際、印象的だったのは単なる美味しい焼肉だけでなく、お肉の提供方法や演出がとてもユニークだったことです。階段状に美しく盛り付けられたお肉は目でも楽しめ、そこにパチパチとはじける花火や恐竜のモチーフが加わることで、子供も大人もワクワクしっぱなしでした。 特に炭火でじっくりと焼かれたお肉は、噛むごとに旨みが染み出し、甘みとコクが口いっぱいに広がる体験は忘れられません。特製のタレもさっぱりしつつ深みがあり、お肉の味をうまく引き立ててくれていました。 また、店内は昭和レトロの温かい雰囲気で、著名な野球選手のサインや写真が飾られており、キャンプシーズンには地元だけでなく遠方からのファンも多いのが納得できました。子ども連れで手持ち花火のプレゼントがあり、家族みんなで最後まで笑顔になれるおもてなしも素晴らしいです。 さらに、屋根付きのガーデンBBQスペースがあり、季節ごとに違った楽しみ方ができるのも魅力的。観光で訪れるなら、美ら海水族館や名護の名所巡りとセットで立ち寄るのもおすすめです。私もまた次回の沖縄旅行では絶対に再訪したいと思っています。名護市で思い出に残る焼肉ディナーを探している方には、焼肉大昇の「おまかせ階段盛り」コースと演出体験は必見です。
