Ab Workout with Zero Equipment!

This is the ab workout I did in my hotel room. I forgot my workout sneakers, so there was no point in going to the gym. However, I realized that I might use that excuse to not go, so I looked up no equipment ab exercises and did them on the floor.

1. Plank: Get into a push-up position, but rest your forearms on the ground. Hold this position for as long as you can while keeping your core engaged.

2. Bicycle Crunches: Lie on your back with your hands behind your head and your knees bent. Lift your shoulders off the ground and bring your right elbow to your left knee while extending your right leg. Repeat on the other side, alternating sides in a pedaling motion.

3. Mountain Climbers: Get into a push-up position with your hands directly under your shoulders. Bring one knee to your chest, then quickly switch legs, mimicking a running motion while keeping your core tight.

4. Russian Twists: Sit on the ground with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Lean back slightly while keeping your back straight. Hold your hands together in front of you and twist your torso to the right, then to the left, touching the ground on each side.

5. Flutter Kicks: Lie on your back with your legs straight and your arms by your sides. Lift your legs a few inches off the ground and alternate kicking them up and down in a scissor-like motion, keeping your core engaged.
