Foods I have ate to lose 20+ pounds

I am no expert when it comes to losing weight so I am sharing foods I have ate to help me! I have PCOS and started my health journey about 2 months ago. I try to eat low calorie and make healthier choices. Along with my healthy eating habits, I count calories and exercise!

For breakfast I typically eat berries since they are good for PCOS, turkey bacon, and some type of carb whether it’s a piece of toast, English muffin, or a waffle. Sometimes I will make a coffee or get a sugar free red bull depending on my mood!

For lunch it’s typically a salad or left over dinner that I have made. I always make sure I have protein and some type of fruit which could be more berries, an apple, grapes, or banana. Some fruit can be higher in calories and high in natural sugar which I take into consideration when packing my lunch.

Dinner usually is some type of meat usually hamburger, fish, or chicken. I usually make one green vegetable and one that is more starchy (I do have a picky husband 😂).

Before bed I do drink a spearmint and raspberry leaf tea with honey which I have grown to love!

I hope this helps someone and if you have any questions about recipes or anything let me know!😊
