GETTING MY PINK BACK🦩🩷

Postpartum is tough. Loving myself after having a baby has been tough. I know my body is amazing for creating such a beautiful boy but sometimes it’s SO hard. Finding clothes that I feel comfortable and confident in, in my new body has been difficult for me.

These are the first photos of me since having my baby that I actually feel comfortable and confident in. After editing these, I’m looking at myself a little differently now. Maybe I am still in there, somewhere.

If you’re struggling with your postpartum body or just postpartum in general, I see you. You are not alone.🤍

... Read moreIt's incredible how much a simple piece of clothing can impact your mood and confidence, especially during the postpartum period. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to find outfits that make you feel good in your new body. When I was looking for pieces that felt right, I often found myself drawn to classic, versatile items like a crisp white long-sleeve shirt. If you've been searching for that perfect 'Uniqlo white long sleeve women' style, you're on the right track! These types of shirts are amazing for postpartum because they offer comfort without sacrificing style. Here are some of my personal tips for finding and styling a white long-sleeve shirt to help you embrace your beautiful new self: 1. Prioritize Fabric and Fit: When you're a new mama, comfort is key. Look for soft, breathable fabrics like cotton or modal blends. A slightly oversized or relaxed fit can be incredibly forgiving and comfortable, especially as your body is still changing. I personally love a good quality white button-up shirt because it's so versatile. It allows for easy movement and can be dressed up or down. 2. Versatility is Your Best Friend: A white long-sleeve shirt is a true wardrobe workhorse. You can wear it buttoned up, tucked into light-wash jeans for a casual yet chic look, or unbuttoned over a camisole or tank top. It’s perfect for layering, which is essential for those unpredictable postpartum temperature fluctuations! I’ve found that pairing it with ripped jeans adds a touch of effortless cool, making me feel more like my pre-baby self, but with an updated, comfortable vibe. 3. Embrace the Half-Tuck or Knot: To create a flattering silhouette without feeling constricted, try a half-tuck with your white shirt into your favorite high-waisted jeans. Another trick I love is knotting the front of the shirt. It defines your waistline without being too tight and looks super stylish. 4. Accessorize to Elevate: Even with the simplest outfit, accessories can make a huge difference. A delicate necklace, some statement earrings, or a stylish scrunchie can instantly elevate your look and make you feel more put-together. Don't underestimate the power of a good pair of sneakers or comfortable flats to complete the ensemble. 5. Focus on How You Feel: Ultimately, the best outfit is the one that makes you feel confident and happy. For me, rediscovering my style with pieces like this white button-up shirt was a huge step in getting my 'pink' back and feeling more like myself after baby. It’s not about hiding your body; it’s about celebrating it and finding clothes that make you feel amazing. Don't be afraid to experiment and find what works for you. You deserve to feel beautiful, mama!
