Engineering Hyper-Focus

As a Software Engineer, my ADHD hyper-focus is sometimes what I need to lock in and get to work. 🔥💻

On the pro side, it allows me to zone in on DEEP PRODUCTIVITY. 🧠✨ This also means DEEP LEARNING which is such a huge requirement in the field. The more locked in you become, the better the output becomes. ✅ At the end, I always feel a great amount of accomplishment. 🙌

However, you must try your best not to over promise on results or projects. ⚠️ This can also delay other tasks when you neglect their presence. 🚨 But the one to really watch is your fatigue level. 💤 Being mentally and/or physically exhausted can cause burnout. 🔋💔

Are you managing your hyper-focus sessions properly??
