This extreme form of eating excludes all plant-based foods, focusing solely on meat, fish, and animal-based products. Research indicates that some individuals have reported significant improvements in digestive issues, energy levels, and overall well-being on this high-protein diet. However, it's crucial to approach this diet carefully.
