One Thing I Wish I knew About YouTube
The one thing I wish I knew about YouTube is that there is no linear progression.
What I mean is that you will have weeks where you gain 100’s of subs and then weeks with 2.
You have to love creating content for the sake of creating content and whatever happens next is out of your control.
Let me know what you think.
Navigating the YouTube landscape can be daunting, especially for new creators. Many aspiring YouTubers expect a steady growth in subscribers, but the reality is often a rollercoaster ride of fluctuating trends. Understanding this nonlinear progression is key to maintaining motivation. To succeed, it is essential to focus on creating authentic and engaging content that resonates with your audience. Rather than obsessing over subscriber counts, prioritize consistency and quality in your uploads. Engaging with your viewers through comments and live streams can foster a community around your channel, enhancing viewer loyalty. Furthermore, leveraging YouTube's analytics tools can help you identify what content performs best and refine your strategy accordingly. Remember to utilize tags effectively—hashtags like #youtube, #youtubers, and #youtubetips can increase visibility. Continuously improving your craft, staying updated with algorithm changes, and exploring trending topics can significantly boost your channel's growth. Ultimately, success on YouTube requires patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for what you create. Embrace the journey, learn from setbacks, and enjoy the process of sharing your unique voice with the world.

A completely agree. Do you think the inconsistency is an algorithmic thing? Or maybe trying to relate to people?
